My Beliefs

• The Board of Education needs to use teacher panels, parent committees, and student representatives, along with panels of experts, as the foundation of our decision making
   

• We should utilize anonymous community assessments of board of education members and the processes the full board participates in

My Ideas

• We need to record Board of Education meetings and/or have virtual attending options 
   

• We need a refreshed and updated Board of Education website where minutes, agendas, and meeting recordings are visually accessible and easy to find
   

•  We need to use an information crowdsourcing platform, like ThoughtExchange, to get community feedback in real time 
   

• We need visual trackers on our Board of Education website showing progress towards goals and objectives (like how a package is tracked via UPS)
